I hate huge hard swelling itchy bug bites on my arm, what do i do? should i cut it open?

No: If there is pus present, see your doctor ASAP. If it is just a reaction to the bug bite, it will resolve with time but cutting it will only make you more likely to develop an infection. Hydrocortisone cream may help.
