Not pregnant: The hormones in birth control pills can cause pigmentation over time. It is normal for your bleeding to be during the inactive pills. If you were bleeding during the last week of your active pills and are now bleeding during your inactive pills your body is adjusting to the pill. It sounds like all is well. Hope this helps.
