Lightheaded: probably dehydrated. Drink at least 2 liters of water and see if this resolves. You will be surprised how you will feel. If that does not work, you could be coming down with a virus in which case the treatment is the same with some Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for any ache or pains. Good luck and feel better!
