Probably but: First you need to determine if your antibiotics actually affect your birth control at all. Contrary to popular belief most do not. You can see which antibiotic you were on and ask your local pharmacist. If there is any concern then use condoms for a couple weeks as back up.

Yes: Taking antibiotics along with oral contraceptives can reduce the effectiveness of the oral contraceptive during the cycle when the antibiotics are taken. If pregnancy did not occur during that cycle when the antibiotics were taken, you are protected now that you are on the next pill cycle and you are not on the antibiotic.
