Leave it alone: I would not remove the scab on your nose until it is done healing. Removal too early could leave a larger scar/discoloration. Given that the scab is on your nose I would want it to heal properly. Keep the area clean and dry.

Let it fall off: Best way to deal with a scab is to let it fall off on its own. After a cut, the scab forms as a result of bleeding with platelets and clotting factors creating a barrier to stop bleeding and to facilitate wound healing underneath. If you pick the scab before the healing is done, the body has to start all over again. Depending on how wide the cut and scab is, it will take a couple of weeks.
