Foot rash: There are 3 common possibilities. Acute athletes foot has scaling skin and little red bumps; it tends to be really itchy and can be treated with an OTC cream. A bacterial infection can also cause this, but tends to result in cracked, bleeding skin and pain. Eczema is an allergic reaction, and will have redness, skin peeling, and variable pain. See someone if it continues to get worse!
