Need more info: How long has it been enlarged? Do you consume a lot of alcohol, and for how long? Are there underlying liver diseases in you or family? Is there any cause for concern for an infiltrative process, significant heart disease, blood vessel or blood cell pathology? Are your liver tests abnormal, and does your liver synthesize proteins and clotting factors? Please discuss the above with your doctor.
