Yes it can: When (date) and "how far along were you" (gestational age) when the US for dating was done? Ultrasounds in the second trimester can be off by as much as a week in either direction, third trimester US can be off by even more. First trimester (1st twelve weeks) should be correct +/- 3 days, I hope this helps.
