Bacterial Vaginosis: You are likely having bacterial vaginosis that is usually associated with malodorous, grayish white or yellowish white in color. Vaginal pain or vulvar irritation is uncommon. Pruritus may occur. Other causes of vaginitis such as trichomonas and candida need to be ruled out and you need to see your PCP
