Girlie Boy?: Sounds like what is called a "lipoma," which is an organized overgrowth of fat. Kind of a very benign tumor ('tumor' means 'swelling'). If it's causing you a problem see a general or a plastic surgeon to have it removed. And tell your girlfriend that No, it's not God's way of saying you're a "girlie boy."
