OVERexercising?: give your muscles a chance to relax and heal between all that exercising, as you're creating micro trauma from all that overexercising daily. If you're into contour building and such, you have to give your body a rest, and do increased reps with lower pound weights, or you'll have sore muscles. You may be overdoing it. Less is more. You'll be less sore too.
