You're okay!: While it's true that the average woman in her peak reproductive years menstruates every 28 days, it's just a mathematical average. Normal menstrual cycles range from 21-36 days. Since you have regular menstrual cycles, you probably ovulate regularly and are fertile. You're NOT doing any harm by having no sexual contact right now. In fact, you may be protecting fertility for later on in life.
