Small chance: Usually a normal period implies a lack of pregnancy. However there are always exceptions to every rule. There are cases of period-like bleeding during pregnancy which can delay the diagnosis. If you want to be super safe, take a test. If your pregnancy test is positive and you are having bleeding, then you need to see a doctor asap.

Not really!: Highly unlikely-to-impossible if you had a normal period. If your cycles are irregular, it gets more vague because it's hard to tell what "is" your period and what is "not." A well-timed pregnancy test will be helpful every time if you are not sure.
