Vaginal discharge: chlamydia, gonorrhea, bacterial vaginosis, yeast just to name a few , you need to see a doctor for a culture to see whats going on

See your GP: Small amounts of whitish discharge can be normal but if it is associated with itching it could be a yeast infection or Bacterial Vaginosis (which is when your normal bacteria increases and becomes problematic). if you are sexually active, this could be an STI as well such as gonorrhoea or chlamydia. Abdominal pain may mean PID. You need to see a Dr for swabs and then get treated accordingly
