Dizzy with eating: Check for reflux with and without H pylori. Rreflux can go up into even sinuses ad make one dizzy. may also be gallbladder , since you are young ischemia decteased blood flow to the bowel is less likely ( would have abdominal pain as well ), rarely a steal /coartation syndrome ( where the arteries coming off the aorta or aorta itself is is narrow so decreased flow)-may need CT angio f/u w/ doc
