Vaginal bleeding...: ...even scant spotting as you have, needs professional evaluation. Also, "in my discharge" makes me wonder whether you have abnormal or increased vaginal fluid, which also should be checked. STDs would be high on the list of possibilities, but not if "not sex active" means never. But if you've ever had sex at all, STDs could be possible. Anyway, see a doctor soon to check this out.
