Could be an ectopic: first check a pregnancy test. if it is positive, it's a good idea to get an ultrasound by either an OB/GYN or emergency department. With pain and bleeding, if you are pregnant, an ectopic pregnancy needs to be ruled out. If it is negative, then you're about to have your period, no biggy.
