Was due on my period 2-3 days ago, but instead brown discharge comes out every so often and sometimes a bit of blood. i am on the femodene pill?

See doctor soon: See a doctor or clinic. Any new vaginal discharge or bleeding should be checked out professionally. At age 16 and assuming you are sexually active (on oral contraception), STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas) are high on the list of possibilities. Your GP or gyn would be good, but if living with parents and need special confidentiality, consider your nearest NHS GUM clinic. Good luck!

Femodene: Femodene is a low dose combined oral contraceptive. Because there is so little estrogen in it compared to the progesterone, there is little stimulation for growth of the uterine lining. For that reason, it makes your periods much shorter and much lighter and may even cause you to skip periods. Hope this helps.
