R/O DEHISCENCE : Rule out wound dehiscence , follow up with your surgeon to reassess the wound and insure proper healing.

Sutures/need/rest/to: As my title states in certain areas of the body activity can out tension on the suture repair, as in your case. STOP doing these activities to allow the stages of wound healing to proceed!
