Still not herpes: This is virtually the same as another question a few days ago. Same answer: not herpes. Herpes would not cuase "linear marks", and herpes skin lesions cannot look pretty much the same for 10 days. By that time they would be mostly scabs and healing. Probably these marks have nothing to do with your recent sexual contact. See doctor if you remain concered about them.
