Blepharospasm: You may have a condition called essential blepharospasm. You should be examined by a neuroophthaplogist. Botox injections may be helpful as well.

This may be a tic: Tics are abnormal motor(or vocal) movements that are outside your control, more common in kids 5-22yrsI would see PCP for better evaluation-there is treatment if the tics bother you(as they sound like it does)
