Std: It means that you are infected and he is not. You could have been infected prior to your current relationship from your previous sexual partner.

See remark: If neither of you have symptoms ,PLEASE repeat your test as there might be a laboratory error.I say this provided neither of you had sex with a third party. Let us know............and don't have sex until you check yourself
