No safe interval: There's no 'safe' time period, so if you are infected (or worry that you might be) you must treat right away. You may be okay or you may (or might not) already have suffered some damage. It requires testing the tubes to say for sure; I hope this is helpful.

Similar question...: ...same answer. The chance you are infertile is low. Many chlamydial infections go for a lot more than two months without significant damage to the fallopian tubes. If you remain worried, discuss it with your gynecologist. The usual approach is to evaluate fertility only after a year of attempted conception (with regular sex) without success.
