RLQ pain: You need to be seen by your primary care professional (Pediatrician, Family Practice, Internist) ASAP or go to the ER. These things are common but can be serious. Appendix do burst..and then the toxins from within (stool, infection) are released inside of our belly cavity. This is a very bad thing. Not to freak you out, but I don't want anything bad to happen to you. Do it today ok?!
