Where in chest ?: Breast engorgement after stopping breast feeding can cause breast pain. Other chest pain can be chest wall pain from inflammation, a pulled muscle, or even a cracked rib, pain from reflux, pneumonia, pleurisy, a pneumothorax (leaking air from your lung into your chest) or rarely in your age group a heart problem. A lot more history and an exam are needed to say for sure. Hope this helps.
