Drug interactions: Trazodone 25 mg. is a low dose for sleep. Trazodone combined with Tegretol may cause a higher blood level of Tegretol and lower blood level of Trazodone. Interaction is dose related and therefore probably minimal to negligible. Discuss with your doctor for close monitoring of any side effects from Tegretol especially.
