Not normal: Chest pain and tightness is never normal, but at least if it is only occurring with coughing, that points toward "pleuritic chest pains" or that caused by inflammation or infection of your lungs or "pleura." see a dr. For an evaluation to get diagnosed and treated properly. Good luck.
