Bacterial vaginosis: ...is the most common vaginal discharge with foul odor (often fishy). BV is overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. But BV discharge usually is white; yellow or blood suggests other infection, especially STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, which can go along with BV. (Your choice of topic tags shows you may be concerned about STD already.) See doctor ASAP. And no sex until examined and tested. Good luck
