Bacterial vaginosis: ...is the most common vaginal discharge with foul odor (often fishy). BV is overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. But BV discharge usually is white; yellow or blood suggests other infection, especially STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, which can go along with BV.
