Take Test: Unlikely you are pregnant however its worth taking pregnancy test just to be sure. Remember, birth control pills are not full proof so make sure partner wears condom. Also, condoms protect from sexually transmitted diseases, birth control pills do not! Be safe, protect yourself.

Possible infection: Cramping associated with unprotected sex may signal an infection. Best to get tested for STD's (sexually transmitted diseases).
