Anxiety symptoms?: Feeling anxious can often be accompanied by tension headache, similar to what you describe. Hands and feet feeling cold can be due to stress/anxiety triggering peripheral vasoconstriction, reducing blood flow to the extremities and making hands/feet feel very cold. Treating the anxiety will reduce the frequency and intensity of these symptoms. Consult a psychologist who uses CBT psychotherapy.
