Epididymitis?: The main connection between STDs and testicular pain is epididymitis, testicular infection with gonorrhea or chlamydia. It's almost always only one testicle, with marked tenderness to touch and often obviously enlarted; and usually penile discharge. If both testicles and no swelling or discharge, it's more likely referred pain from the prostate area, usually not due to STD of any kind. See doctor.
