PID? STD?: Any new or abnormal vaginal discharge needs professionally evaluation, and so does unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain. This combination of symptoms suggests the possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), usually due to chlamydia or gonorrhea, especially if at risk for STDs. See a doctor ASAP, for sure within 24 hours. If at STD risk, partner(s) should also be checked. Good luck!
