May be physiologic: Slight curvature in penis is quite common. If you didn't have any injury to the area, and are able to experience erection, I wouldn't worry too much.

Peyronie's disease: Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/peyronies-disease/basics/definition/con-20028765, http://www.medicinenet.com/peyronies_disease_curvature_of_the_penis/article.htm & http://www.peyroniesassociation.org/. By definition, if erection is painful, then we think of Peyronie's b/c painfree curvature is common & not a disease. But if painful, then see Urologist for possible options.

Could be Peytonie's: My question is: flaccid or erect. Is it painful either flaccid or erect. This could be Peyronie's disease. It also could be result of some sort of trains with scarring. Take a picture with your camera or phone, make an appt with a Urologist. At age 19, Peyronie's would be unusual. I have never seen it in under 45 men. It could be a birth defect. Check it out
