When my wife sleeps she has pain in both her legs, sometimes l eft sometimes right. this began during pregnancy and after, its been 10 months. why?

Leg pain: It could be a circulation issue. Some pregnant women get restless leg like pain. Varicose veins ache at night. Less likely a blood clot in the leg (would usually hurt all day) Try propping up her lower legs on a pillow to elevated and see if it helps. She certainly can take some tylenol (acetaminophen) before bedtime for the aching and if unable to sleep, I tell my pregnant patients to use tylenol (acetaminophen) pm.
