Cramps/discharge: "Major cramps" with clear discharge can be from an ovarian cyst, which represents an unruptured follicle (ovulator)y, which did not "release" an egg, and therefore increases in size until spontaneous rupture occurs. This usually is self limiting, but if persistent, see your healthcare provider for an ultrasound exam to determine the cause.

Many possibilities: Mid-cycle pain such as you have can be related to ovulation. If so, it will usually go away on its own after a few days. It can also be an ovarian cyst, and infection in the uterus or tubes, an ectopic pregnancy or many other things. If it is persistent, you will need to be seen in person by your doctor. Best wishes!
