During ovulation: No specific number I can give you. However, mid-cycle (for most women with the standard 28-day cycle--around the time of ovulation) is when you're most fertile (e.g. egg released). BBT (basal body temperature) charting with a slight increase in body temperature (about 0.5 deg. F) can indicate ovulation and/or OTC (over the counter) ovulation kits work great as well. Good luck!

Your call...: If you keep doing what you have alwasy done without using contraception you will probably get pregnant. If you are in a hurry, you can have intercourse every other day, if you like, OR you can do an ovulation prediction test and have intercourse two nights in a row when it turns positive. Your call. Best wishes!
