See doc...: Well, it could be a few different things: Debris trapped within the foreskin causing local inflammation or a yeast infection on the foreskin. Ignored inflammation can lead to bigger infection. Ultimately he needs to see his doctor for evaluation, proper diagnosis and treatment.
