Rough intercourse: The pregnant cervix is very vascular and rough intercourse could have caused some bleeding. The brown discharge is old blood coiming out. Sex is fine during pregnancy unless there are complications like preterm labor but it sounds like this was rougher than is a good idea. Remember that there is a child in the room. Hope this helps.
