Take a test: If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. This is the only way to find out. Taking Plan B can disrupt your menstrual cycle which explains the bleeding irregularity. It also sounds like you need to be starting a better form of birth control
