Depends: If you did the tests correctly and a test was negative at more than 7 days after the missed period, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You could get a blood test for HCG level that would settle the issue. You may re do the urine test in a week, if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Need to confirm: If you had both a positive test and a negative test at home then there is not a way for us to know which is correct. You will need to have the test repeated at your doctors office. If needed they will do a blood BHCG test
