NGU: Non-gonococcal urethritis is usually caused by an infection The most common causes of NGU include Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitaliium, and Ureaplasma urealyticum. Rare causes are Trichomonas vaginalis, Yeasts, HSV, Adenovirus, other bacteria such as Streptococci, mycobacteria, or anaerobes.
