A member asked:

Is pregnancy possible on perfect use of bc pills? if so, what is the reasoning behind it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pregnancy and oc's: Birth control pills (oral contraceptives or oc's) , like other methods of contraception, are not 100 % effective. Pregnancy can occur if the pills are not effectively absorbed by the body, are taken late or skipped, or are rendered less effective by drug interactions.
