Speak with your Gyn: Several possibilities: An early miscarriage is a possibility. Other causes of abnormal bleeding include things that could upset your hormonal balance such as stress, rapid weight gain or loss and vigorous exercise. Other causes of abnormal bleeding are possible and you need to speak with your gynecologist. Implantation bleeding is usually just very slight and less than a day. *Severe bleeding> ER
