Uncommon : getting pregnant while on Depo-Provera is very rare. However, it can happen. Recommend home pregnancy test on first morning urine no sooner than two weeks after first unprotected sex. If negative, repeat in 7 to 10 days. If both negative, unlikely you are pregnant. Other causes of abdominal pain are many. If pain persists see your doctor. Hope this was helpful. Best of luck. Dr. R
