I broke a glass approx. a month ago and a glass splinter got stuck in my finger. it has now healed over the glass splinter. it is too small to see on x-ray. should it come out or is it ok to keep in?

Leave it alone: you can leave it alone if it is hard to be seen by Xray, there is no guarantee digging for it will lead to anything. if your body do not like it then you can wait until the body rejected it and ten it will be easier to have it removed.
