A 21-year-old male asked:

My testicles look and feel small.. both roughly the same size at 4cm in length, 2.75 in breath, 2.5 in width. Is that normal? Cause they seem small..

Small: Size isn't everything. Bigger testicles means bigger testicles and has nothing to do with their function. The only time you might evaluate them is if you were at a fertility clinic. You don't say why you are concerned. If you are having pain (if severe go to Emergency Department), erectile dysfunction, or other symptoms, then I would see your primary care physician or a urologist
A male asked:

Both testicles have been hard for about a year now doctor said they were ok over the phone even though he never looked at them (no lumps and they are about the same size)?

Your call: When /if an issue bothers you enough to go in and have an exam, you can find out if this is really a problem. At your age the testis are quite busy working & they may feel different than they did in past years. Bring it up at an in person checkup as an added issue.
