Not an STD: My guess is these are normal sebaceous glands (Fordyce spots) or maybe vestibular papillae, i.e. not abnormal. Herpes is the only STD w/ blisters, but if so they would become painful open sores within 1-2 days. Not genital warts: too many, too symmetrical. Maybe you're just examining yourself too closely. If you are convinced they are new or abnormal, or if you still have doubts, see your doctor.
