Sweating ,RLQ pain: Would go to ER may be cyst , may be mittleschmerz, ovulation pain, but if you are sexually active may be ectopic or can be appendicitis. But with dizziness I am not sure of your blood pressure fever, so would go to the ER since the last 2 are medical emergencies. ,
