Just started full weight bearing in aircast boot 7 wks post # tibula back malleolus no surgery. v painful and swollen at inner ankle joint. is this ok?

The air can be : Adjusted in the boot,is the foot wrapped up? If its wrapped up you would want to see the docto have them unwrap it to see if your skin is intact or if you possibly have ulcerated the skin....and to possibly take xray to check on the repair
