If this is an on going problem , he needs work up to make a proper diagnosis, but if it is only for few days then you can modify his diet, eliminate all dairy products for 2-3 days, give him plain bread, rice, pasta, boiled or baked potatoes, apples, bananas, soup, crackers farina, keep him well hydrated, introduce regular diet gradually .
